What are verbs?
Verbs are action words. They are also known as "performing" "doing" the work words. We use these words in our everyday life. It is important for us to recognize these words
For example, jump, skip, hop, crawl, run, jog, bake, cook, cry, laugh, climb, sit, stand all these can be called as the "verbs" or the action words.
When a noun, performs any action or work it is called as the VERB.
For example, in the sentence
“The baby is crawling”.
Baby: noun
Action word: crawling
